Sandwich panels

Resistant buildings solutions

The polyurethane foam core (PUR and PIR fireproof foam) of thermal insulating panels provides high thermal and noise insulation. The sandwich system “metal sheet-foam-metal sheet” ensures excellent mechanical properties. Panels can be mounted on any kind of structure, both vertically and horizontally, by providing a quick and easy installation.

Application of thermal insulating panels

Thermal insulating panels are used for a wide variety of works: industrial halls, commercial buildings, storehouses, construction sites (premade modules), social-cultural works (schools, cafeterias, gyms etc), interior subdivisions of any kind of building, refrigerating enclosures for food industry, and for strict hygiene applications (laboratory, pharmaceutical), agro-zootechnical buildings, interior or exterior claddings of buildings, terraces that are to be waterproofed, etc.

Conformity of products

Under the requirements of SR EN 14509, panels compliance has been certified for CE mark, following the performance of initial type testing – ITT - by notified laboratories.

1. WALL PANELS

1.1. The thermal insulating wall panel represents a practical and economical solution, having a visible joint. This type of panel can be assembled horizontally, as well as vertically.

1.2. The thermal insulating wall panel represents a constructive solution based on a hidden fixing system, for satisfying the most exigent aesthetic requirements. These panels allow setting up high decorative valued walls, by creating special effects. This type of panel may be assembled horizontally, as well as vertically.

1.3. FRIGO system provides a great solution for building refrigerating enclosures/storehouses and processing areas. The "FRIGO" joint offers extra thermal insulation.

2. ROOF PANELS

2.1. Roof panel having 3 ribs for stiffness, which can be used in every construction application, where the roof's slope is higher than 7%. The 3 ribs are placed on a 1m width, satisfying thus the standard requirements for resistance, thermal insulation and aesthetics. It represents a practical and economical solution.

2.2.   Roof panel having 5 ribs for stiffness, designed for construction applications with high requirements of resistance, where the roof's slope is higher than 7%. The 5 ribs are placed on a 1m width, satisfying thus the higher requirements for resistance, thermal insulation and aesthetics.

2.3. Panel designed for roofs that are going to be insulated later on, with bituminized or other kind of membranes (eg. PVC membrane). This type of panel is assembled by positioning the metal face on the structure.

3. METAL STRUCTURE MADE OF GALVANIZED PROFILES

The C, Z, U ,Σ profiles are manufactured by deep drawing  process of sliced galvanized metal sheet.

Grade of steels : S350GD, S320GD, S280GD, S250GD – 275Z (275g/sqm); thicknesses : 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4mm.
